Private VPN powered by the Beam blockchain

Is it possible to create a simple VPN service based on the Beam blockchain? For example, if each node could provide such a service and charge a certain fee for use?

Probably if they architected to do it but perhaps check out Oxen’s Lokinet that’s actually built for that. I think there were some other projects called Orchid and Sentinel doing decentralized VPN as well. Probably some others

Im a developer for Sentinel and i have developed the desktop dVPN application called Meile. Right now we have a beta 2.0 for linux that allows you to pay for a dvpn subscription in Monero, Bitcoin and other alts.

The reason i am mentioning this, is because it is my goal this year to expand beampay to an invoice rich web ui so that i may accept beam payments for subscription plans.

Sentinel is by far the best dvpn out there. Not a huge dev team, but we all work very closely together to create a seemless experience.

Im really eager to expand the use of privacy coins within my app. I also worth with the Pirate Chain devs and we are hoping to have that implemented by end of summer.
