These type of stories only serve to strengthen my resolve to earn and spend highly fungible coins / tokens.
Besides the obvious that tax is theft, the sharing of personal data will invariably lead to data leaks and, ironically, more fraud. I don’t suppose bitcoin OGs care that much but Mr Nakamoto must be feeling somewhat awkward.
Once again, all this waste of tax payer money to catch low hanging fruit.
And, again, another fine example of upholding tax evasion as a crime without a real crime needed as evidence. We are all born innocent and people should be livid that the omission of action - not succumbing to the demands of money - is ever considered a sin or a crime.
